Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a return.
Non-returnable Items: Certain products, including perishable goods, custom orders, and items on clearance, are not eligible for return. We will specify these items at the time of purchase.
